How Do Design Subscriptions Work?

If you decide to move forward with a Design Subscription for your brand or company, here is how you would get started.

Subscribe to the Basic or Premium Plan

• Email me and let me know which plan you’d like to subscribe to.

  • Basic Plan: One request is worked on at a time.

  • Premium Plan: Two requests are worked on at a time.

Schedule a kickoff call with Carrie

• We’ll discuss your brand guidelines, collect brand assets and answer any questions.

Start your design request queue in Trello

• I will show you how to set up your requests within your own Trello board. You may add unlimited requests to your queue.

Carrie starts designing

• Going in order of the queue you build in Trello, I will start designing.

• Requests are worked on Monday through Friday.

• You may send as many revisions and changes as you’d like.

FAQs

• What if Carrie is OOO?

  If Carrie is OOO for more than five consecutive business days, your monthly plan will be discounted 25%.

  The last two weeks of December, Carrie is always OOO so December’s monthly price is always 50% off.

• When will I be billed?

  You will be billed in full monthly at the start of each month just like any other subscription.

• How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

  Simply email Carrie before the 1st of the month and let her know you’d like to pause or cancel your subscription.
